Return & Exchange Policy

About Return & exchange policy has a free return policy, where you can request to return a product purchased on for refund within 15 days of its delivery. Our returns policy is subject to’s terms and conditions of purchase.

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on the website, subject to return of the affected product to us within 15 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product,

  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Clearance items clearly marked as non-refundable
  • Product with their retail packaging, seals or boxes opened or missing and any tags or labels which were attached

If you believe you have received a counterfeit product and 15 days return window has expired, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Exchange will only be done

If items bought damaged within 1st month of use you are eligible to exchange the product with a new item with the same or higher to the amount on the receipt and original receipt provided by us mandatory to be present. (Terms and conditions applied)

If items bought damaged after a month from purchase, item will undergo a screening process to determine appropriate remedy for the defective item, whether it is for repair, replacement or refund.

Note: all items which are returned will be assessed and validated before they are accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the product you return, or if you return a product otherwise not eligible for refund as listed above, the product will be sent back to you and your claim for a refund will be rejected.
